This is where the wine makes itself ready
for consumption, in the Barrel Room. This was originally just a
small building but we did an addition that tripled the size and added
the apple drying look on the roof. This carries the theme of the
apple dryers in the valley and looks similar to the Apple
Dryer
we renovated for them.
