This is a strip shopping center I did the engineering for in the late 70's.  The smaller photo reflects what it looked like then.  The later photos are 30 years later.  You can see it is holding up well.  It appears it has undergone some exterior modifications.  The canopies used to be wood but now they are painted stucco.
