Straw Hat Pizza
All over California
This was a prototype restaurant design for Straw Hat Pizza for which I
did the engineering in the late 70's. These were built all over
California. The original first building was done in San
Diego. Straw Hat is still around but they have scaled back a
lot. Most of these buildings have become other uses, some for
other pizza parlors, other restaurants and various retail uses.
Keep you eyes open and see if you can spot them in your town. The
4 photos in the middle are the original one in San Diego, the other
photos are ones in various other cities that I happened to come across.
