Robinson's Department Store (Now JC Penny's)

This is a project for which I did the engineering in the mid 70's.  It is one of the anchor stores at the Westminster Mall.  It sets on 60' long concrete piles and grade beams.  It is a 3 story masonry building with precast columns, beams and spancrete floor.  The roof is of steel beams and metal deck.  Originally it was a Robinson's Department Store but has since been taken over by JC Penny's.  I shop here quite often, almost all my underwear comes from this store.
