This is a multi use building that was built as part of the Mendocino Center Associates property in the heart of Mendocino.  This was an historic building that was renovated and restored to look like the original.  The lower level is retail space and the upper level is a 2 story apartment that connects to one of the retail spaces below.  This was built along with the adjacent mixed used building, Duplex, Tower Pump Room, and Warren/Haggenmyer buildings in 2005.
