Willits, CA
This was the old Sprouse Ritz building in downtown Willits on Highway 101. It was a partial unreinforced brick and concrete building. We remodeled it and brought the building up to code with offices upstairs in the rear and retail stores downstairs. In the front of the lower level is now a restaurant.
