Garberville, CA
This was a series of 4 houses to be built on a very steep site in the woods above downtown Garberville. Nothing easy about building on steep sites but 3 of the projects are done at this point. Each of the 4 designs has the same floor plan but the exterior elevations and of course the foundations vary. The house has the garage on the top level, living, dining and kitchen on the middle level, bedrooms on the lower level and a large underfloor area. Check out how steep the site is.
