Beach Creek Apartment Complex
Garden Grove, CA

This is one of many apartment projects I did the engineering for in the 70's.  This was another fairly massive complex of 2 story buildings making 84 apartments.  The design and units are fairly basic but representative of many of the type of buildings being built at the time.  The entry of stone and water makes for a pleasent entrance to the complex.
