Albion Water Tank

This is a unique tank to this area. The system was developed by
the inventor of "Poly Strand", plastic coated high strength
cable. It consists of several concrete panels that were precast
in a concrete yard. Then it was shipped to the site where the
wall slabs were tilted up in place and then prestressed cables threaded
through conduits in the walls. Once the cables were tightened up
it then became water resistant and a complete tank. It is is
precast concrete, tilt-up post tensioned tank with a wood framed roof.
