This project consisted of working with a community group dedicated to providing a new sports complex.  The program called for a project that can be built in phases as money comes available.  It's been under construction for 13 years and currently has all the site utilities, grading, light towers, half the home bleachers, broadcast booth, ticket booth, signs, ramps, bathrooms, concession stand, scoreboard, vistors bleachers, entry plaza and gates, and all the sports fields. 

Next phases of construction will be to finish the bleachers, accessory buildings and then the parking lot.  Final phase is to provide an all year track surface.  It involved coordination with Mendocino Coast Sports Foundation, Fort Bragg School District, CEQA, City of Fort Bragg, Mendocino County School District, Dept. of Education, and Office of the State Architect.
Project Cost: $1.5-2 million.
