This is the Comptche Elementary School. This was an existing barn, studio, and bar at one time that we remodeled to meet state school standards. The original building was built with heavy timber first growth redwood for all studs, beams and finishes. A wood workers paradise. This is one of the projects we did both the architecture and engineering. A number of alternative energy collection and storage systems were planned for this building.
