On the softer side, the buildings shown below represent smaller scale commercial developments. The first is a retail store, The Sussex Building on Main St. in the historic town of Mendocino. We did both the architecture and engineering for this project. It was designed to fit into pre 1900 architecture and resembles the original saloon that was at the site. There are 2 main retail levels and a storage attic. The lower level is retail and the upper floor is an artist coop.
