is an office building that was built as part of the Mendocino Center
Associates property in
the heart of Mendocino. This was an historic building that was
renovated and restored to look like the original. This was built
along with the adjacent mixed
used building,
Duplex, Tower Pump
Room, and Rego House
buildings in 2005.
The photos on the bottom show what it looked like before it was
repaired. Not shown is the garbage construction and all the
rotted wood on the inside.
