This is a 6 story poured-in-place concrete frame bank building in Newport Beach and is the home office for Great Western Savings. It's name has changed since the but it is still there.  This is a concrete ductile frame building I engineered  in the mid 70's and it has withstood several major earthquakes including the Northridge earthquake with no damage.
