This is a 22 story steel high rise I engineered in the mid 70's for Central Federal Savings in downtown San Diego. The name has changed a few times since then but the building is still there and performing well.  There are 3 levels of poured-in-place concrete parking structure below grade, 18 stories of steel frame and a penthouse on top.
