As consulting engineer, I offer my services to contractors, developers, architects, designers, municipalities, governments agencies, school districts, building departments and other engineering firms for design, research and consultation for all types of building projects.  Projects have included Hospitals, Schools, Court Houses, Wineries, Inns, Banks, Shopping Centers, Unreinforced Masonry Building Renovations, Restaurants, Museums, Industrial Facilities, Plan Checking and Residential Projects of all sizes. 

February 1974 to August 1976:
R.J. Moon, Inc., Consulting Structural Engineer & Architect, Ontario, CA
Supervising structural engineer, responsibilities included delegating work, project coordination, design, analysis, cost estimates, specifications, and construction liaison for all types of commercial industrial and educational facilities. Projects included Shopping Centers, Schools, Government Facilities and Hospitals.

Sept. 1974 to January 1975:
Aerojet Nuclear, Idaho Falls, Idaho
Structural Analyst, work included analysis for nuclear systems at the United States Atomic Energy Site and structural, seismic, dynamic and finite element analysis for site facilities and LOFT (Loss of Fluid Tester) A project designed to test nuclear reactor systems subject to various failure mechanisms.  Work included engineering reports and a considerable amount of computer analysis with SAP IV.

March 1974 to September 1974:
Automation Industries, Vitro Engineering, Richland, Washington
Project Engineer, duties included design, supervision, analysis, coordination and computer programming (ANSYS) for static and dynamic analysis of nuclear containment structures at the Hanford Atomic Energy Site.

March 1973 to March 1974:
Brandow & Johnston, Consulting Structural Engineers, Los Angeles, CA
Project Engineer, duties included project coordination, supervision, computer programming, design and analysis (both static and dynamic).  Projects included high rise steel (22 stories), concrete ductile frame buildings, hospitals, department stores, schools, theaters, and field inspection of repair work of earthquake damaged structures after San Fernando Earthquake.

March 1972 to March 1973:

Project Engineer, responsibilities included delegating work, project coordination, design, analysis, cost estimates, specifications, and construction liaison for all types of commercial industrial and educational facilities. Projects included Shopping Centers, Schools, Government Facilities and Hospitals.

May 1970 to March 1972:

Structural designer, work included design, analysis and drafting for various commercial, and industrial buildings. Projects included Continental Airline Hanger, Water Treatment Plant in Panama, and office buildings in Colorado.
