Mendocino Projects

The Historic Town of Mendocino California is a unique place.  It is an historic preservation district that requires all new construction to be compatable with the historic nature of the town.  All historic buildings must be maintained in their historic state as much as possible and any new construction or remodel work must be compatiable.  Any new work shall not distract from the historic nature of existing buildings or the community.

With these restrictions it often presents difficult problems in trying to meet the historic guidelines as well as current building codes and desires of owners.  Below you can see links to some of the projects we've done in the district.
