This is a collection of various plans we've done over the
years. These are suitable for reuse with only minor modifications
for local site conditions. If you are looking for a bargain or in
a hurry these plans can be obtained at a fraction of the time and cost
of the original design. The original plans were done to various
codes applicable at that time. Since codes have changed since
then and there are various minor difference in codes based on location
so these plans will need some minor updating. Foundations may
need
to be adjusted
based on local site conditions and you may have some changes you want
implemented. Once
these are done you will have a complete updated set of plans ready
for permits and construction and at a bargain price.
